Shipping + Returns

General Shipping Info:

Currently, we ship to both Canada and the US. Once your package has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number. Please note that all prices are listed in USD. Any additional duties and taxes imposed at customs are not covered in our shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer. 

Returns:

Orders must be returned to B.Wild Lifestyle Inc. within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the cost of shipping. The customer is responsible for the remaining costs, including return shipping. Returned items will only be accepted provided that the item(s) are not more than halfway used or empty; otherwise, the return will be declined.

1. Please email us at support@bwildlifestyle.com with the subject line “Return Request”, including your order number and the reason for your return.
2. Once we receive your email, we will provide you with our returns center address.
3. Ship the products back to us and share the tracking details to ensure safe delivery.
4. You will receive a refund within 5 days of us receiving your package.

Damages and Issues:

Please inspect your order upon delivery and notify us within 48 hours if there are any problems with the product. We require that you send us an image of the item so we can assess the situation and resolve it promptly.
